Reporting a generation mismatch
If the map does not match your world, the following details make the report actionable:
- The exact seed, as printed by
/seed. - The Minecraft version the world was created in, and the version you are playing.
- The coordinates where you expected something and what you found instead.
- Whether the world uses any datapacks, mods or custom world settings.
Please note that markers labelled as candidates are expected to sometimes produce nothing — that is the biome check Minecraft performs after choosing a position, not a bug.
