# MineSeedMap > Explore any Minecraft world by seed. Generate an interactive seed map, find biomes, villages, strongholds, ancient cities and other structures, and share exact coordinates. MineSeedMap is a Minecraft seed map for Java Edition. A visitor enters a world seed, picks a Minecraft version and dimension, and explores the generated world on an interactive map: biomes, structures, coordinates, and chunk and region geometry. World generation runs in the visitor's browser through a WebAssembly build of cubiomes. No seed is uploaded, and there is no server-side generation API, so there is no per-seed quota. The site keeps first-party traffic statistics only: page, referrer, country, browser and device. No IP address is stored, no cookie is set and no fingerprint is taken; repeat visits are counted with a hash that rotates daily. There is no third-party analytics or advertising. **What is exact.** Bit-exact ports of the vanilla algorithms, with no approximation: structure region candidate positions (the spacing, separation and salt algorithm), slime chunks, seed parsing including Java string hashing of text seeds, and block, chunk, region and Nether coordinate conversion. **What comes from the generation engine.** Biome sampling and therefore every region shape on the map; surface heights and therefore relief, mountains, valleys and water depth; confirmation that a structure candidate passes its biome and terrain checks; stronghold positions; and the world spawn. Colour and lighting are presentation applied on top of that data and never move a coastline or change an elevation. **What is never produced.** Invented biome or terrain data, fabricated structure confirmations, chest loot, mob positions, or Bedrock Edition results. Where the engine is unavailable the map reports terrain as unavailable rather than guessing. A marker labelled "candidate" means the region grid position is correct but the biome check has not run. It is not a guarantee that the structure exists, and should not be cited as one. Java Edition only, versions 1.13 to 1.21. Bedrock Edition uses a different world generation implementation, so a Java map of the same seed would not match it. Seeds are signed 64-bit integers, -9223372036854775808 to 9223372036854775807.
